Exceptional
The hotel staff went out of their way to make outstanding dining recommendations and reservations, a true highlight while we explored our way up and down colorful staircases and funiculars toward a reserved table awaiting us on a balcony while the sun set over Valparaiso.

Great stay and location, staff are superb!
Though there are three floors of rooms, the property has more of an intimate bed and breakfast feel while still highly attentive to all guests needs. They had beautiful breakfast spreads laid out, were extremely helpful in restaurant and activity recommendation - especially over the holidays with a lot of closures. The spa area was also a great feature. It's a great location at the top of uptown Valpo.

Pleasant and would stay there again.
Nice design. Breakfast buffet unusual, but in a good way. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into it. And they had sencha green leaf tea!! Front desk staff was bery helpful.
Bathroom floor wasn't clean, shower over bath difficult to reach. No space around wash basin for our tthings.
